What people ask with one hand on the rail. Answered before the gate opens, because after it there is no time.
- Free? Nothing at all?
- Nothing at all. No card, no invoice, no renewal. We do not take your money because we have not built a way to.
- Then how does this company survive?
- It has not been established that it does. Eight seconds is the service window and most of the company's history fits inside it.
- What do I actually get?
- A name on a state form and a horn at eight seconds. Between the gate and the horn, the ride is yours.
- Is somebody at the office to accept papers?
- Somebody is at the rail. The rail is not the office. The papers land where papers land when a horse is involved.
- Can I upgrade to a paid tier?
- There is no paid tier. Every other outfit on the page is the paid tier.
- What happens to the mail?
- Mail that reaches the chute leaves the chute at speed, in a direction. We do not control the direction.
- What happens if I get sued?
- The lawsuit arrives, the horn sounds, and the state's rule about companies with nobody home takes over. That rule is on the Wyoming page.
- How long does sign-up take?
- Eight seconds if you stay on. Nobody stays on. The button explains the rest.
- Why Wyoming only?
- Because that is where the chute is. Nobody has offered to move it, and moving it would cost money.

- Can you cancel my service?
- Yes, at any time, for any reason or none, without notice and without refund, and the refund of nothing is the easiest refund in the business.
- Is there a person I can talk to?
- There is a person at the rail who says things through a horn. Whether that counts as talking is a matter of opinion.
- If my papers get thrown, what do I get back?
- Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before it happened, which comes to $0. Free has a ceiling, and this is it.
- What does the horn mean?
- The end. Of the ride, the service and this answer.
